The IFTM Workshops: the WebTV of tourism to be followed from the beginning of 2021
Starting next January, IFTM launches its Workshops with 30 TV shows and training sessions for the entire tourism sector to set the pace for the recovery!
First of all, what is IFTM Top Resa, it is the only B2B trade show that brings together all the professionals of the Tourism industry in France (Leisure, Business, Events and Groups) every year in Paris, Porte de Versailles. Unfortunately due to the health context we experienced, the 2020 edition had to be cancelled. For 4 days, the show brings together more than 34,000 visitors, French and international buyers, travel agents, distribution and production professionals, journalists and media, influencers, students, French and international officials who came to meet the 200 destinations and 1,700 exhibiting brands (tourist offices, airlines, hotel groups, tour operators, technology companies, startups, etc.). The many events, conferences and parties organized during the show allow an entire profession to discover new trends, acquire expertise on current themes, exchange on the challenges and future of the Tourism industry and share moments of conviviality.
Next edition of 05 -08 October 2021 ! In the meantime, the weekly meeting of the IFTM Workshops will keep the world of tourism waiting.

The IFTM workshops, the new weekly meeting place for the tourism industry
The objective is to “Give a voice and enable market players to stay in touch with all the professionals in the sector (travel agents, Business Travel / Leisure professionals) and thus gain visibility,” emphasizes Fréderic Lorin, the show’s patron.
Above all, it has a goal of: “to keep the link with the profession while providing expertise and a service that is free and open to all”.
Information & Training, the two areas of expertise of the Workshops
Round tables lasting from 45min to 1h, welcoming 4/5 speakers and a journalist.
The training component will be composed of 10 training sessions dedicated to Travel Agents in partnership with training organizations and professionals of the sector, closed by an actor specialized in personal development. The themes mainly selected are :
– Reinventing yourself and selling better (Travel Pro Formations)
– Social networks and personal branding (Travel Insight)
– Legal issues (Equinoxe)
– The sale of sustainable travel products (ATD
These trainings will be given via ZOOM and offer the possibility for the AGVs to intervene and ask questions.
